Refund Policy - the basics
All Sales Final - No Returns or Refunds
All sales of ChiroThin products are final, and we do not accept returns or provide refunds once delivered.
Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info.ihealcenter@gmail.com or 510-456-8877 within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will review your claim and may arrange for a replacement or file a claim with the carrier. Refunds are not offered for these exceptions; only replacements. Issues reported after 7 days cannot be addressed.
Order Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellations are only possible before the order has shipped. Shipped orders fall under the "All Sales Final" policy.
